Bridging the gap between watershed science and its practical applications.

About Us

GeoProcess Research Associates is a Canadian, employee-owned consulting firm based in Ontario, with staff across British Columbia, Quebec, and internationally. Since 2013, our multidisciplinary team has advanced the practices of geomorphology, ecology, and water resources engineering through the design and implementation of more than 100 km of river rehabilitation and restoration projects across Canada.

We are dedicated to delivering thoughtful, science-based solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations, from planning and analysis through design, construction, and monitoring. Drawing on strong relationships across industry and academia, we tailor our services to the unique needs of each watershed and client we serve.

Our approach is based on a holistic understanding of geomorphic, hydrologic and biological processes and their interactions.
